the grounds were kept to a high standard. we booked trips with the beach staff, transport was easy. the food was varied with different options daily. it made our holiday better than we expected. mohammed from the pit stop bar and sherrif mohammed from the beach bar were attentive. the animation team, including adam, sara, omar, and salma, added a sparkle to our stay..
The reception toilets were out of service for eight days. We had to walk to the disco to use its facilities. this area had heavy traffic, with little soap and no paper. it made things less pleasant. pool toilets were also very dirty.

The room cleaner made towel art and laid flower petals all over my room. It was a lovely touch! The restaurant staff was amazing, especially one waiter. The animation team kept me entertained. They were so much fun.

I found the hotel generally acceptable but there were things i did not like. The room lighting was INSUFFICIENT making it difficult to read at night. The entertainment options were quite LIMITED I think a more diverse program would . There seemed to be a focus on specific cultural performances. I feel they could benefit from broader appeal.

i was expecting a bit more from the food. the salad bar was often unmanned, so getting what i wanted was a struggle. i ended up eating pizza more than i liked. also, there werent enough sunbeds by the pool. some people had nowhere to sit, which wasn't ideal. more sunbeds, unmanned salad
